Andrew Martinez
As President of Paradise Janitorial Services, Andrew oversees all aspects of the company’s safety, strategy, and growth. I am responsible for ensuring the organization delivers high-quality services to our clients, maintains operational excellence, and achieves long-term business objectives.
On a daily basis, Andrew manager’s teams across, sales, and client services, ensuring that every department aligns with the company’s mission and standards. Andrew works directly with key clients and partners to understand their needs, build lasting relationships, and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
Andrew also focuses on business development, process optimization, and team leadership, implementing systems and strategies that drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. With a hands-on approach, he ensures that the company’s values, quality standards, and professional reputation are upheld in every project and service we provide.
As President, Andrew’s main goal is to create a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence while guiding Paradise Janitorial Services toward continued success in serving our clients and expanding our impact in the industry. In his free time, Andrew is a huge Chicago sports fan- specifically with the Chicago Bears and Cubs. He also enjoys the outdoors by playing cornhole and croquet with his family and friends.
Pedro Morales
Pedro Morales joined Paradise Janitorial with many years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry. As Operations Manager at Paradise Janitorial, Pedro oversees the daily operations that ensure our business runs efficiently and delivers exceptional service to every client. Pedro manages teams, coordinate schedules, and monitor workflows to maintain consistent quality across all services.
His role includes supervising staff, managing resources, and implementing processes that improve productivity, reduce downtime, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Pedro also works closely with clients and property managers to ensure services meet their expectations and resolve any operational issues quickly and effectively.
By focusing on organization, process optimization, and team development, Pedro operates a smooth operation while supporting growth, efficiency, and high levels of client satisfaction.


LucyAnn is currently the In-House Team’s Recruiter here at Paradise Janitorial. Her duties are to acquire top talent for our industry and to ensure proper on-boarding. In addition to her duties of scouting for talent, she also interviews the candidates, performs enhanced background checks and places phone calls to previous employers of each candidate. After all steps are completed, LucyAnn gives her recommendation to Paradise’s supervisors for final on-boarding and training.
When LucyAnn is off the clock, she enjoys time with her grandkids and being heavily involved in her local church activities.
LucyAnn Diaz
Oscar Herandez has five years of experience as Night Supervisor at Paradise Janitorial Services. Oscar oversees his team’s operations during evening and overnight shifts to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. He supervises cleaning and maintenance teams, monitors performance, and ensures that all tasks are completed according to company standards and client expectations.
Oscar’s responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing resources, conducting quality inspections, and addressing any operational issues that arise during night shifts. He also ensures that safety protocols and compliance requirements are strictly followed, maintaining a secure and professional environment for both staff and clients.
By providing leadership and guidance to the night team, Oscar is able to maintain consistent service quality, meet operational goals, and support overall business success.

Oscar Hernandez

Minerva Larumbe is a trusted and experienced supervisor that takes charge of overnight operations to ensure our facilities remain safe, clean, and fully operational. She leads and supports the night team, coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all services are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Minerva serves as the first point of contact for any issues that arise during night shifts, proactively resolving challenges and maintaining seamless communication with management and clients. Her focus is on maintaining safety, enforcing protocols, and driving team performance to ensure every facility meets operational expectations by morning.
By overseeing workflow, guiding staff, and enforcing quality standards, I play a key role in maintaining Paradise Janitorial Services, Inc.’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and consistent service—no matter the hour.
